Potassium Cryolite
Potassium aluminum fluoride (K3AlF6) used as a brazing flux for aluminum and aluminum alloys, and as an active filler in grinding wheels. Lower melting point than sodium cryolite makes it ideal for low-temperature aluminum joining.
Synthetic Cryolite (Abrasive Grade)
Low molecular ratio synthetic cryolite for grinding wheels, abrasive discs, and bonded abrasives. Acts as an active filler that releases fluoride during grinding to lubricate the cut and reduce burn marks on workpieces.
Synthetic Cryolite (Aluminum Grade)
High molecular ratio synthetic cryolite (Na3AlF6) for primary aluminum electrolysis. Manufactured by the dry process for stable performance in Hall–Héroult cells. Lowers alumina melting point and improves bath conductivity.
